In India, Metal Power Analytical has no distributors or agents. Furthermore, in no market worldwide does Metal Power Analytical operate through licensees.
Identified Fraudulent Activities
- Individuals claiming to sell Metal Power Analytical instruments and solutions under different brand names.
- Persons offering duplicate instruments loaded with Metal Power Analytical’s software.
- Entities falsely claiming to be authorised or licensed to represent Metal Power Analytical for sales.
- Individuals fraudulently offering service(s), AMCs, or spare parts under Metal Power Analytical’s name.
Our Official Position
We would like to make it absolutely clear that:
- Metal Power Analytical does not sell or brand its products under any name other than its own. All our products are officially listed on our website.
- Only Metal Power Analytical employees or exclusive authorised distributors are permitted to represent us for sales and service.
- We have taken and will continue to take legal action against individuals and entities engaged in misrepresentation, fraud, or selling counterfeit and stolen goods.
